Want to get around Porto or Lisbon like a local? Okay, this isn’t the post for that. This is just a list of your basic Portuguese phrases. Nothing here is too complex, but these Iberian Portuguese phrases will help you get around in Portugal. I have used these multiple times and it’s a “go to”. If you spit this stuff, people will be impressed. Try and do it slightly nasally or just make believe your Brazilian and they will love it (or at least they will laugh at you – but you will get what you need or where you need to go).
