I do hope you will be able to help me. I had a parcel (containing dress patterns) sent from the UK, received a form to fill in from Customs which I duly did, have paid the duty, they have acknowledged receipt and informed me that the parcel will be sent to my address, this was on the 25th October. I live in the Algarve, how can I contact them to inform them that I haven't received it?(surely it doen't take a week to come from Lisbon!!) Thank you in advance.

I'm a little late, but did you ever get your parcel? Did they give you a tracking number?
