Hi Blanca

Thank you for the great article in regard to the D7 visa

.Did you have to have any documents TRANSLATED ? I am preparing my application for the first 4 month Visa but cannot find info on which documents need to be translated .I am applying from South Africa and the cost of the translations may be cheaper here.

Hi Roy,

I didn't have my documents translated when I applied for the initial Portuguese D7 visa. I had to apply in my home country at the local Portuguese embassy, so all my documents were in English.

You can always have them translated, just in case things have changed, but I believe this should not be an issue.
