How to travel in Portugal?

AskCategory: LisbonHow to travel in Portugal?

I am starting to make arrangements on traveling to airport it serves but no FAO. The timeshare where I am staying is in the city of Lagoa and the timeshare information recommends to fly into Faro airport. Anyone with ideas as to what would be the most convenient way to get to my destination? Should I fly into Lisbon or Lisboa and go by rail? Take a commuter airplane from Lisbon airport to Faro airport, Bus, etc. Can anyone help? Comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rekon

If you fly to Lisbon, take a train or bus to Faro.

If you fly to faro just get a taxi or an uber. Rental cars are cheap too (you have to drive stick or will be expensive)

Faro is 2.5 hours from lisbon. So it's not really a "day trip".
