Yup. Uber is alive and well in Lisbon. works the same way as other countries, but taxis hate them, so when you book an uber, don’t schedule them to pick you up next to the taxi queue.
Also if you don’t want trouble, I always suggest for people to sit in the front. It’s not crazy hostile right now but when they strike or do some marches the taxi drivers start to act like asshats.
