What to do about loud neighbors in portugal

Where To Complain About Noise In Portugal

One of the most common complaints people who have moved to Portugal have is loud neighbors. Maybe it’s the Brazilians that think that 3am is the perfect time to drink cachaca and samba the morning away. Maybe it’s the neighbors who are doing illegal construction past 8pm. Perhaps its the British AirBnBrs who stayed up all night after finally making it home from Bairro Alto. People are always asking me “who do I call to complain about a barking dog? Regardless of who is keeping you up, you can have this taken care of. Here is a list of where to complain about noise in Portugal.
