Demand for Flights to Brazil Exceeds Supply

I’m sure you have noticed that there are a lot more Brazilians in Lisbon. It is no surprise that there aren’t enough flights to and from Brazil. Airlines are operating at total capacity with high ticket prices, and projections indicate a shortage of over one million seats for 2023. If you are planning a trip to Brazil, plan accordingly, book flights in advance, and have alternate plans ready.

New Airport Fees To Start on April Fool's Day

Airports managed by ANA will see new fees which were approved by ANAC, the National Civil Aviation Authority. Some fee changes include an average increase of 7.59% for Lisbon Group airports, an 8.38% increase for Porto airport, and a 5.26% decrease for Faro airport. Rates for the Azores, Madeira, and Beja airports will also be adjusted. The Person with Reduced Mobility (PMR) and security fees will be maintained provisionally, pending further assessment by ANAC.
