Which bus station to take to Lagos?

Hi we are renting an apartment on Rua do Arsenal in Lisbon for four nights and are leaving on a Friday to Lagos for three nights. Which bus station would be the easiest to get to for Lagos, we'll take a taxi or bus to get from the apartment to the station? Thank you
