Which area to choose for a long-time stay?

Ola everybody And which location would you recommend, if to choose from the listed below: 1) Calcada do cardeal (2 minutes from Santa Apolonia) 2) Madragoa (Calcada do Castelo Picao 3) Sao Sebastiao (near Praca Marques de Pombal) 4) Moraria (Rua das Farinhas) I have the following priorities: - near to the center (rossio) by feet - parking possibility (i will rent a car) - METRO-Station nearby (although i will rent a car, in Lisboa i certainly will walk or use the METRO) - safe and clean surrounding I already was in Lisboa, but it was just a short-trip for a few days, i stayed in a hotel in Avenida da Libertade, i loved it very much, but considering an apartment rental it is a little bit expensive for a long-time staying. As now i will stay there for nearly 2 month, the choice of an appartment is more important then for a short stay (when you normally use the accomodation only for sleeping) Thank you for your help in advance
