Hi, I will in Lisbon from 12 July to 19 July. can any one help me to, that where i can find Used Mobiles and Laptops? i will be staying in turim Europs Hotel, how i could reach there. which one is best club and Casino in Lisbon? Regards

I usually purchase used electronics from Cash Converters which they have shops all around Portugal. If you want to order online you can try OLX. I haven't had any experience with it but they have a bunch of items for sale. Lastly there are Facebook groups that sell items. So do a search in Facebook for a few. Many are in Portuguese so use Google Translate.
