We have a holiday home we are not planning on using for 2-years because I am in need of surgery and I will not be traveling down from our Lisbon house to the beach. I will be stuck in Lisbon recuperating. We just need an agent to rent out the house for us and manage damages and repairs. I can take care of collecting rents. Our house is a 4-bedroom 220m2 near water in Olhao. Very central to the town square and fully furnished. I usually rent it out on Airbnb but I have had some poor guest lately so I want a person or a couple for the longer term. I appreciate the help.
