What can we say? we are in the process to move to Lisbon and we have red your article and it is indeed 100% accurate discription of what we are planning to do.
Bascially, we are lookimg to build one hpuse level around 180SQM built, using precast concete panels. So already made in the factory. We are just planiing our budget to see if we can afford it or not. What would be the average cost to build, plus windows, kithen, bathrooms, floorings and the rest of finsihing? We know there is no straight worward answer to that, as it varies from one style to another. But we are looking to se what woul be the averge cost to build from A-Z.
We want the house near th beach, the house near the trees, the house in Lisbon but feel in the countryside, a Dog and chicken house. No swimming pool. So, I belive it is almost like your dream.
