Antonio Evans Staff answered 6 years ago If you are a foreigner and visiting Bogota first time Usaquen area is the winner. It's safe, quiet and there are buses to main part of the city. It's on the outskirts of the main part of the city but has plenty of restaurants and did I mention safe. That is key in Colombia. Enjoy your trip!
