Do you happen to know the current housing prices for rent and buying. We just sold our house in NJ and are trying to decide if we rent or buy.

If you want to buy in the Calcilhas area, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (apartment) in Almada will cost you between 109,000€ at the lower end to 300,000 € at the higher end.
If you want to rent in the Calcilhas area of Almada, a 2 bedroom 2 bath (apartment) in Almada will cost you between 850-1000€/month.
It's not really like the NJ of Lisbon, but I would say you could compare it to a Jersey town like West New York.
