There are various schools here in Portugal. Public, Private and Catholic. Sooo.... at those ages I would suggest the French School for youngest and/or International school for the other 2. The French school is very good but assume they will have to learn french. Here is the breakdown with prices:
Lycée Francais Charles Lepiérre Lisbonne : 4,000 per year
British School: 10,000 per year
Santo António International School: 7,000 per year
PaRK International School: 6,000 per year
Carlucci American International School of Lisbon: 13,000 per year
I have meet the teachers at the American school. Very nice, smart and knows her stuff.
I would advise against putting them in public school because Portugal's education system is pretty poor. It's better then US but far from what would give them the know how to live and excel in EU.
