I am planning a trip to Lisbon to celebrate New Year with my husband (who is not fond of walking and hates hills) We've never visited before so are truly clueless but after much reading I've narrowed the choice down to accommodation near Elevador da Gloria or near Santa Justa elevator. Which of these areas would be the best option for minimal walking to shops, bars, supermarkets etc? We would be self catering. Thanks.
