Antonio Evans Staff answered 5 years ago Both are the same for tourists. If your asking if you should be away from the tourist center and be in the exact middle of the city then maybe consider something near Saldanha. That would be 25-minutes to everything in the city of Lisboa. It's geolocation-wise the center. Only thing is you might get into traffic and also some hills and streets are hard to do by foot.
