Antonio Evans Staff asked 6 years ago We have visited Lisbon twice in last few years and each time found the people in the main tourist on Praca Comercio totally unhelpful. Any query seems to be a problem and answers are inadequate or totally useless. This time I went in to enquire about Lisbon/Estoril Film Festival. No information or brochures available I did get some info at FNAC music store, but all I was told at Tourist ice was to look it up on internet Not so easy when travelling without computer. After much research and walking I did, in the words of U2, "Find what I was looking for.", but no thanks to Lisbon Tourist Information ice.
