Antonio Evans Staff asked 5 years ago So my landlord hasn't responded to my emails or phone calls about a problem with our bathroom and some crazy neighbors. Initially he was very responsive but as the issue with the bathroom got worst he would write us back every few days then take a week to write us. We are concerned that this leak (the tub is cracked) will spill down to the neighbor who already is always arguing with her husband. So what is your advice in a situation like this. He's an older Portuguese man but I have dealt with his wife once or twice.
