Antonio Evans Staff asked 6 years ago Is it necessary to do an organized tour of Sintra and Fatima? Or, is this something I can basically do myself by taking a train/bus to each location? I don't mind doing an organized tour but sometimes they are rushed and you don't get to spend the time you want at the sights you want to see. I also don't feel like shelling out $$$ for a private guide. Thanks for your honest opinions

Antonio Evans Staff answered 6 years ago If the price is under 50 Euros I would say take tour. It's fun and great to get full history rather then doing the wikipedia on your phone.
