Antonio Evans Staff asked 5 years ago Iw as reading your great post on Understanding Your EDP Bill (or How Not to Pay €500 for Electricity), and you mentioned that you are eligible for an EDP refund at the end of the year if you overpaid your bill. My partner and I definitely have been overpaying. We came into our place in February and right away got a 200 Euro bill! We had the same bill for 3-months straight then finally went to EDP. They noticed the mistake and mentioned they would refund me at the end of the year or by the next month's payment. Crazy! So we waited for 2-months and saw a normal bill of 90 Euros but never a refund. So we aren't sure if we should just expect it in December or go back and ask if they can put the refund in now. What do you think we should do?
