So I am getting these little guys below my second bedroom bed and near the terrace door. The apartment is newly refurbished and I have 8-months more on the lease. Are these bedbugs? Are they some type of ants. I am freaking out. We had my mother and step dad stay in the room last weekend and they told us we had to move.
Do you suggest we go to the landlord? Message the city? or just get a exterminator and do it ourselves (billing landlord of course).

No idea what those are, but they aren't bed bugs, so that is a good thing. Go to the landlord, but do it with a paper trail, just in case they don't handle it. Creating a paper trail is so important here.
