Best cell phone provider in Portugal?

Personally I am a fan of Vodafone.  The price for internet + mobile is about 80 euros.    You get most of the cable channels, 200mb internet and the 4G Phone x 2 (great for Blanca and I).   In the US I was paying about 300 a month for a similar package. You can also get MEO cards which are priced at about 20 euro for 4GB.    Cheaper solution but you have to go back to MEO to reload your card.    My only prejudice is that I have seen 80% reception when I went to Coimbra with Vodafone and my friend had like 60% reception as we drove.   Not scientific but my Google Maps worked and his didn't. On another note the Saldahna and Columbo Mall Vodafone have English-speakers.
