Antonio Evans Staff asked 6 years ago I am heading alone to Lisbon in December for Christmas. Is it sunny, rainy, snowy? We are trying to figure out what to wear and no clue how chilly it gets.

Antonio Evans Staff answered 6 years ago I cannot attest to every year but this year it was about 40-50 degrees. Most houses are pretty cold in winter. For house wear I would have 2 layers and some slippers. For outside wear, 3 layers, scarf and hat. It's cold but not freezing.
