Antonio Evans Staff asked 6 years ago Hi Planning a short break and want to be based really central for sites and the biz of restaurants and. bars etc Been on and looked at info and not sure where is best area to see. Looking for a hotel not too expensive, but well situated. Any advice?? Thanks

Antonio Evans Staff answered 5 years ago Anywhere in Chiado, Biaxia or Santos would be pretty central if you are only in the area for a short time. Longer stays I would suggest a bit outside of the city center to keep your hotel costs cheap. Also check out Airbnb, probably cheaper then a hotel.
