I would suggest César Castro in Saldana is my go to place. It's pricey but they have everything. It's a Kitchen store that can also order specific items for you. They have a good selection of plates, cookware and specialty items. https://www.cesar-castro.pt/
If you're looking for simple items Continente in Columbo mall has a section for kitchen items. They are under the Kasa brand. Quality and price are fine.
