Hey Blanca I am a professional food blogger and looking to get my hands on Beyond Meat or any of the newly non-beef products to review. I am a Vegan but cheat sometimes when I cannot tell in a sauce. I am here in Lisbon for 3-months on assignment with a food magazine. Any idea where I can find the stuff? Also, I would love your feedback on an article about it.
I asked my startup connection from the San Fran area and a chef for Daniel Boulud and both told me not yet. Check again during the summer at Corte Inglese. I have requested they’re buyer to note the Beyond people. I would assume they would first do it at one of the restaurants then launch countrywide. Remember Europeans are really suspicious about "engineered" foods.
